We cannot express our gratitude to the staff and management of the Earl of Desmond hotel for making our Wedding Day such a memorable and special day for us. From the arrival to the hotel, with the piano player entertaining the guests through to the evening reception, nothing was left undone. The ballroom was a beautiful, modern and spacious that accomodated our guests perfectly. The attention to detail in the table settings, lanterns and lighting and chandeliers added to the atmosphere. The entire meal in its choice, presentation, quality and of course quantity was superb! Compliments to the chefs who presented our meals at the top table!! The bridal suite is beautiful and spacious with every luxury you could ask for! The jacuzzi is bliss! The attention of the staff, particularly Colm and Margaret, their professionalism, knowledge and experience made the journey to our wedding day. truly special. A day we will never forget!

Wonderful Friendly Staff - I, like others, read the reviews and have learned not to be put off by others comments, thank goodness as this hotel could not be faulted, they are very accommodating, friendly and they all have smiles on their faces. My husband and I have just spent 3 nights here and it was a pleasure.... we won't mention the weather though.

Got to be the Best 3 *** Hotel I have ever stayed in, from the Manager Mark down to the Room maids, you are looked after.  Nothing is to much trouble.  Food First Class, welcome from Reception was wonderful. even bar staff were great.
